    This is your all trimester safe core, pelvic floor and glutes workout with Coach Jesse!!

    You will need the following!
    Light weights
    Loop Band
    Small Inflated Ball

  • Bump Camp Workout 3

    This is an All Trimester Bumpcamp, for all trimesters and all fitness levels. You can either walk or run outside, do body weigth floor cardio in place, or any cardio equipment you have available.

    -Light to Medium Dumbbells
    -Medium to Heavy Dumbbells
    -Mat
    -Bench
