This outdoor workout is strength and cardio mixed together.
Please have a mat, medium-heavy dumbbells and a safe place to workout outdoors ready for this workout.
You will need to be able to run/sprint/side shuffle away from your mat for about 15 seconds before pivoting, turning around and heading back to your workout station aka your mat and dumbbells.
