You will need the following equipment:
-Medium - Heavy Dumbbells
-Squat 4 x 8 Reps (3:1 tempo)
Chin up 3 x AMRAP
-Modification: Bent bench row narrow x 12 reps on each side
-Hip thrust 4 x 25 Reps
-Pushups 3 x AMRAP
-(front rack) Back lunges 3 x 8 Reps (on each side)
-Overhead press 3 x 8 Reps
-Lateral raise 3 x 15 Reps
