You will need the following equipment:
-Medium - Heavy Dumbbells
Front Squat: 4 set x 10 reps
Pushups: 3 x AMRAP
Deficit Lunges: 3 set x 10 reps (each leg)
Bench Row (hold at the top for 2 sec): 3 set x 10 reps (each side)
Hip Thrust (with hip circle on): 4 set x 25 reps
Upright Row: 3 set x 12 reps
Tricep Dips: 3 set x 12 reps
