You will need the following equipment:
-Medium - Heavy Dumbbells
-Barbell & Plates
-Zig Zag Monster Walk (20-30 steps)
-Elevated Deadlift: 3 sets x 10 reps
-Narrow Bench Press: 8 reps each side
-Bench Row: 8 reps each side
-Split Squats: 3 sets x 8 reps each leg
-Hip Thrust: 10 reps
-Walking Lunge: 8 reps each leg
-Hip Hunge Band Abduction: 20-30 reps
