Enjoy this TTC / MOM safe Show & Go Strength workout with Coach Nancy! This 25 minute program is for all levels. We are focusing on total body strength.
You will need the following equipment:
-Medium - Heavy Dumbbells
-Single Leg Hip Thrust: 4 set x 20 reps
-TRX Row (wide to narrow): 3 set x 8 reps
-Goblet Squats: 4 sets x 20 reps
-Bent Over Alternating Row: 3 set x 12 reps
-Push Press: 3 set x 12 reps
-Alternating Curtsey Lunges: 4 sets x 10 reps (each leg)
-Bent Over Reverse Fly: 3 sets x 15 reps
