Complete 3 Rounds
DB Decline SL Hip Thrusts 12-15
DB Decline frog pumps with band x 1 minute
Complete 3 Rounds
DB Pullovers x 12-15
Banded face pulls x 1 minute
Complete 2 Rounds (4 total with alternating sides)
Complete both on R before going to the left.
DB Bulgarian split squats x 12-15 Reps
BW split squats x 1 min
Complete 3 Rounds
DB bench unilateral. high rows (elbow flared) x 12-15 Reps
DB plank pull throughs x 1 min
