You will need the following equipment:
-Medium - Heavy Dumbbells
-Squat 3 x 8 reps
-SupersetL: Air Squats x 30 sec
-Chin Up 3 x AMPRAP
-Superset: Overhead Press x 30 sec
-Ship Thrust 3 x 10 reps
-Super Set: Lateral Bench Hops x 30 sec
-Back Lunges 3 x 8 reps (on each side)
-Superset: Burpees x 30 sec
-Pushups x 10 reps
-Superset: Plank Jax x 30 sec
