You will need the following equipment:
- Medium-Heavy Dumbbells
Workout: 5 rounds or 30 min
-Lateral Lunge Step Up x 8 (on each side)
-Alternating Single RDL x b reps (on each side)
-Elevated Single Leg Bridge x 8 reps (on each side)
-Elevated Bilateral Bridge x 8 reps (both feet on bench)
-DB Deadlift x 16 reps
-Bodyweight Runner Tap x 16 reps (16 each side)
-Lunge Hop x 16 (8 reps each side)
-200 Meter Sprint (or as fast as possible)
