Enjoy this all trimester safe cardio & strength focused workout with Coach Larie! This 40 minute program is for all levels. We're going to work through a strength and cardio training circuit to increase total body and cardiovascular strength to prep for labor and reduce aches and pains during your pregnancy! We are utilizing tri sets in this workout with circuits with 3 exercises in each one! Remember to modify as needed & take rests when you need too! Every day of pregnancy can feel different so it's important to meet yourself exactly where you are today! Let's do this!
