This Outdoor Walk/Run Cardio Workout is 25 min! Please modify your speeds/effort as much as needed in this workout.
This is a intermediate/advanced workout for pregnancy and should be done by seasoned runners.
As always in pregnancy you don't want to be going 100% of max effort. Moderately to moderately intense levels is perfect. If you are seasoned some vigorous training is ok IF it feels good. Make sure to tune in and listen to your body.
