Enjoy this All Trimester safe Labor Training Cardio Workout with Coach Nancy! This 29 minute program is for all levels. We are focusing on cardio intervals to condition your body for labor using a Treadmill! modify your speeds/effort as much as needed in this workout. As always in pregnancy you don't want to be going 100% of max effort. Moderately to moderately intense levels is perfect. If you are seasoned some vigorous training is ok IF it feels good.
