Enjoy this All Trimester safe Labor Training Cardio Outdoor Walk/Run workout with Coach Nancy. This 25 minute program is intermediate/advanced. We are running/walking to condition and train your body for Labor! As always in pregnancy you don't want to be going 100% of max effort. Moderately to moderately intense levels is perfect. If you are seasoned some vigorous training is ok IF it feels good. Make sure to tune in and listen to your body.
