Hi! I'm new to move your bump and am incredibly confused on where to start. Im 17 weeks and looked at the 2nd trimester schedule but am getting confused on where to find the workout. For example on day 1 do you just pick a choreographed circuit workout? where is the posture workout? Help!
Hi Morgan! Welcome, we're so excited to have you! You have a couple options: you can pick and choose workouts of your choice based on preference from your trimester, you can follow our Bump Camp schedule which is a fan favorite. This is safe for all trimesters and will give you a great variety of workouts. Or you can use the schedule structure for you the 2nd trimester section. Exactly, when it states "choreographed workout" you can pick any from your trimester that you want! Posture workouts are located in the "express section".
