I'm new to the platform and feel like I missed this info somewhere and can't find it... there are four weeks of workouts for every "trimester" workout plan. Do you just repeat those four weeks for the duration of a trimester? (For example, do the 1T plan three times through to equal 12 weeks of the first trimester?)
Hi Nicole! Yes, you can totally repeat the schedule during your trimester. These are workout category suggestions so you'll find a number of actual workouts under each one to choose from!
