Are there any workouts without a bench, I'm sick of clicking on every single workout.
Hi Eleni! There are! What types of workouts are you looking for? Also, keep in mind you can always sub out the bench and use mat on the ground, a stool, ottoman, couch, etc. Lots of ways to get creative here! Our coaches can help guide you with these modifications in "Ask A Coach" too! 💜
The only "safe" option would be a couch and I don't think it's safe to step up onto a soft couch which is my only option. I seriously haven't found a single strength workout that doesn't require a bench. Also what workouts don't require a bench? I haven't found any.
Here to help! A bench is one of the suggested and required pieces of equipment, but you can modify here. Instead of doing a step up doing a lunge would be a great substitution. We have a variety of workouts here in the app so when you find one you love that does not include a bench you can also save this to your library for quick reference.
