Hey I heard most people can do workouts as is in 1TM, since my dr gave a go ahead on that is there general guidelines to follow for the people in 1TM. Like should I go lighter on weights or not do abs movements things like that. Can you please comment on that because even when I follow the workouts here I could be really off if the weights I am picking are off limit.
Hi Apoorva! You'll want to follow the specific trimester you are in. If you are in your 1st trimester then the 1TM or all All Trimester workouts are appropriate for you to do. Of course listen to your body here and monitor for any signs of intolerances (leaking, feeling pressure, coning, etc.). As long as your doctor has not places any activity restrictions on you, then adding these trimester specific workouts in to your routine is ok! 💜
