Hey i am trying to follow 1TM schedule and when I try to search the workout name I get many results so I am quiet confused with what to do on that day. Also wanted to know when I start and do bumpcamp challenges are there any specific trimesters they are designed for??
Hi Apoorva! The schedules are plug and play so rather than it showing you a specific workout, you'll see a type of workout suggestion. You can choose any of that "type" of workout that is suitable for your trimester, or all trimesters. The Bumpcamp schedule will be for all trimesters so regardless of which trimester you are in you can follow this. Of course monitor for any signs of intolerances and modify as needed! đź’ś
