Is it better to follow a bumpcamp schedule or the schedule under the intro for our specific trimester? Just switched from 1TM --> 2TM and having a hard time keeping up with doing ~60 minutes with two workouts most days (often don't do second one). Should I try to stick with 2TM schedule and do 1 of the 2 for each day or just the "I want 30 minute workouts" from 14 Day BumpCamp intro?
