Hey there! All of the core and strength videos that you were using in the 4TM section are still there, they are just laid out more simply. We removed the pdfs because they were very outdated and were not part of the Move Your Bump reorganization/rebrand. There are instructions inside the 4TM section on how to utilize the videos in this new layout!
These workouts are progressive in nature, which means they will get harder as you progress from each video to the next! You should only move to harder circuits once you are ready, and are experiencing no signs of intolerance!
