Hello! Is there a workout schedule or do we simply pick the exercises? Pregnancy brain has hit hard & it would be nice just to be told what to do. Thanks in advance!
Hi Shelly! If you go under your specific trimester and then "Introduction" you'll see a schedule and also a Build Your Own schedule! You can also participate in Bumpcamp where you'll find 14 days of workouts all laid out for you including a posture assessment with our coaches! 💜
