Hi! I am almost done with my first time going through ab rehab. My core has improved a lot with this program but I am still having leaking issues and can feel separation in my abs. We are thinking about having another baby and I would love to have a workout program that keeps me strong and ready to have this baby and to be able to recover quicker. Do i do both programs during pregnancy? is ab rehab with all of the strength training and posture exercises, enough? or does MYB include things that would be better to do to be prepared for growing a baby, for the birth and recovery as possible?

They can help you troubleshoot this leaking and the separation that you still have.
