Hi there! I am 18 weeks today and this round ligament pain is totally kicking my butt. I feel best midday but I'm out work and can't get a workout in then. I'm feeling the slump from not working out but not sure which workouts would help/ hurt the least. Any suggestions?
Hey Lucy! So sorry to hear about your RL pain! We do have a round ligament pain video in the app that you may want to check out. Utilize some of those stretches to help ease those aches a bit. Then I would also spend some time in the Prehab section to check in with deep core to better support your growing bump.
