I’m 10 weeks into the ab rehab program. I feel like I have pretty solid pelvic floor control, but yesterday when I did a jumping workout I did have a bit of leaking. I’ve gone on runs without any leaking though.
Is there a stage when I should expect to not have any leaking at all? I figured I would be almost there since I only have 2 weeks left.
Also, is it damaging to my pelvic floor to do jumping workouts or running before I’ve completed the program?
