I'm trying to understand how the 4TM plan is structured. It seems pretty straightforward to follow the schedule in Phase 1, Phase 2, etc.
First, I'm not sure where the activation series comes in - do you just do this when you feel like you "need" it, or is it something to start with before Phase 1? I'm a bit confused because there's the activation warmup and the Phase 1 warmup. If I'm tight on time, is it ok to just follow the Phase 1 schedule, or is the activation series important?
Second question, is what are the "core troubleshooting issues exercises" at the bottom of the Phase 1 schedule? Is there an assessment section or list of exercises that I'm missing?
