I usually take a recovery week after each 8 weeks of training for muscle recovery and to avoid burnout. Is that advisable on this plan? Does anyone know?

Hi Aubrielle! This is definitely okay and encouraged! You can take the week or even go very light and just do the core connection series a couple times. Listen to your body and so what feels right to you! XX, Coach Linds
