Hi there! I am very newly pregnant and I want to move my body but I feel like 30 minutes is all I can manage right now. Is there a 30 minute plan for the first trimester? I found the general first trimester one, just looking for some guidance on making it into a 30 minute plan, or seeing if one already exists!

Congratulations on your pregnancy 🎉🎉We don't have a 30 min sample schedule, but you are welcome to pick and choose what works for your timing with the 1TM schedule that's posted- this is a great guide to make sure you're getting in all of those important videos!
