Hi there, I'm currently 34 wks pregnant. I started the program early on (around beginning of second trimester.). I was doing the workouts like 3-4 times a week, but then I got super lazy. I've been sedentary for quite a while and could tell - back pain, some leaking, hemorrhoids; just very hard to move. I'm wondering, is it too late to pick back up with the program? I'm afraid I've been so sedentary, I do not know where to start or if I should at all. Any advice on what would be helpful during the last 4-6 wks of pregnancy?
I'm very disappointed that I did not stay committed.
Hey Marilou!! I'm so sorry that you've been struggling with pain/discomfort. As long as you haven't been put on any restrictions by your doctor, you're free to get moving if you can! In these last 4-6wks of pregnancy, you can definitely focus on the core connections series, pelvic floor videos, and labor prep- those are going to be so helpful!
