I'm 25 weeks pregnant and have a really sore tailbone. I've read that that can be caused by the pelvic ligaments loosening and shifting. Is there a good workout on here to help with that?
I'm brand new...so far I've only done a breathing video and a barre video (x2).

Hey Katelyn! You can try foam rolling your glutes, and also the tight pf release video may help since tight pf can case tailbone pain, and perhaps a visit to PF pt to assess position and adjust if needed!
