Hi Maddy! Having a strong pelvic floor will not stop you from being able to deliver vaginally. When we talk about a "strong" pelvic floor we really mean a pelvic floor that is functioning optimally and that will absolutely not make it so you couldn't deliver vaginally, in fact, it will help to ensure your pelvic floor is ready for a vaginal delivery and then recovery afterwards :)
