Hello! I am 24 weeks and have developed pubic symphysis pain after running and HIIT workouts... I have started to do pelvic stabilization exercises, but was wondering which moves I should be avoiding or how I should be modifying while following your workouts. For example, I am doing the March 1 challenge, and previewing the first workout I noticed there is a weight lunge move, which will be painful for me. Appreciate your guidance!

Hi Veronica! Excited to have you join us for the March Bumpcamp Challenge :) You will want to be sure you aren't falling into an anterior pelvic tilt or high hinge point (pelvis dumping forward) when running or posture in general. You will need more lower core strengthening to help combat this and you can also see the hip flexor release video to help release tight abductors/hip flexors that can pull on the front of the pelvis. We also don't want to aggravate the pain, so if lunges aren't going to work you can use a squat or deadlift instead :)
