Hey, so I'm in 2TM and just signed up to the platform. I'm confused on the workout schedule though...sounds silly but where there are two things listed on a day (which seems to be the case most days), we are essntially doing 2 workouts? So an hour a day? And where it says "Your Choice" - what does that mean? Just that we chose any of those type of workouts from the list? So, for example, day 1 says "Posture Express Workout Your Choice!" - does this just mean there's a couple of posture express workouts in the "Express" section and we pick one?
Also there seems to be a mix of Show and Go in the workout schedule too, which I understood from the intro vid to be for those who didn;t want to follow along with the instructor. The layout is all a bit confusing so just want to make sure I've got it right!
