Hey Rebecka! We recommend getting clearance from your physician, and starting when you feel ready. This varies for each mom and some are ready before others. Typically around 6 weeks pp we are ready for the ab rehab moves. Listen to your body and see how you feel. We do want you to wait until 8 week pp to start any tissue work techniques.
