I’m looking for the video that was a sample on the home page with the trainer and pregnant woman? Any ideas? This was the video that prompted me to sign up and now I can’t find it. I am 31 weeks and have been working out during the pregnancy and was an avid runner and used HIIT prior to pregnancy. I’m starting to slow down but looking for workouts that still challenge me.
Hi Kyle! That video is under 2nd Trimester Circuit workouts :) You will want to go to the trimester you are currently in (3rd) and then under the Intro section you will see a calendar that you can follow for your workouts. Hope that helps! xx
