Hi Annie! Welcome! So you could definitely start with the Pregnancy Core Connection exercises which is under "Basics" - these are super gentle breathing exercises! We also have the Yoga, Barre, and Pilates which may be easier for you and then under each of the other sections you will see that some of the workouts are labeled "Beginner" (it will just say beginner in parentheses) so those would be good ones to start with as well. Also, you can always modify any of the other workouts to be at your level so you can always do fewer reps of an exercise, lower weight, for cardio you can modify speed and incline increases, etc. :) Hope this helps!
