Anyone know where exactly the “All trimester” workouts are located? I am following the third trimester workouts and sometimes it states to do an “All trimester” workout... cannot find that anywhere... sometimes when I do a search, it pops up... so where are they hidden? Ex: 3rd Monday states “All trimester preg upper body and core 5,” searched, but only “All trim upper body and Core 6” pops up. I have looked through all of 3rd trim and none of those videos show up. Thanks for your help!
Hey mama! So in each Trimester section you will see the different categories will say "All Trimesters" next to it. For example, under Third Trimester, you will see Supplemental Workouts, Yoga, Barre, Pilates, and Cool Down are all All Trimesters :) I hope that clarifies and if you need further clarification please feel free to email us at [email protected] so we can offer further guidance! xo
Thank you Sandy for asking this! I also find this confusing. It would be nice if workouts were labeled exactly as they are on the calendar. So for the third trimester second day it says "All Trimester Choreographed Workout". So would I also choose something from Supplemental Workouts for this one as well?
I'm following the 1TM calendar. The confusing thing is that there are different options in the menu once you are in the Circuit Training section. I interpreted it as follows, which seems to work and match the numbered workouts when they appear.
- 1TM Circuit = Circuit Training --> 1TM Circuit Training
- All Trimesters Choreographed Workout = Circuit Training --> All Trimesters Choreographed Circuit Workouts
- All Trimesters Bumpcamp = Circuit Training --> All Trimesters Bumpcamp
- All Trimesters Circuit = Circuit Training --> All Trimesters Circuit Workouts
So I think "All trimester preg upper body and core 5" is Circuit Training -> All Trimesters Circuit Workouts -> Upper Body Circuit Workout 05.
