I'm following the 1TM calendar. The confusing thing is that there are different options in the menu once you are in the Circuit Training section. I interpreted it as follows, which seems to work and match the numbered workouts when they appear.
- 1TM Circuit = Circuit Training --> 1TM Circuit Training
- All Trimesters Choreographed Workout = Circuit Training --> All Trimesters Choreographed Circuit Workouts
- All Trimesters Bumpcamp = Circuit Training --> All Trimesters Bumpcamp
- All Trimesters Circuit = Circuit Training --> All Trimesters Circuit Workouts
So I think "All trimester preg upper body and core 5" is Circuit Training -> All Trimesters Circuit Workouts -> Upper Body Circuit Workout 05.
