Is it recommended to adjust the weekly meal plan while breastfeeding postpartum? I might have missed it but didn’t see it in the video. Thanks!
Hey Rebecca! You can definitely follow the weekly meal plans while breastfeeding but we recommend that you listen to your body and keep your eye on your supply. You may need to increase fats, proteins and carbs depending on how you/your supply is responding :)
