Hi! I started MYB workouts yesterday and we don't have a workout bench at home. We don't want to buy a bench, as this would crowd our tiny NY apartment (need room for baby stuff!) Is there an alternative for workout bench? Is a coffee table/bed sufficient?
Hey Shruthi! I relate with needing every in when living in NYC! A sturdy chair or stool should do, also a sturdy ottoman is perfect too.
