Hi all,
Mostly, I'm looking for some encouragement.
I did the TTC program for 3 months and then became pregnant for the first time (yay!). Before doing the TTC program, I regularly exercised and ate pretty healthy for many years, so I would consider myself an average athlete.
I'm in my 7th week, and the nausea/morning sickness has arrived. Before, I followed Nancy's workout and nutrition plans very closely, and now, I'm having trouble because of how I feel most days. Nancy suggests moving and pushing through the nausea, if possible. I do that sometimes, but it seems like all I can do lately is get in a daily walk. I'm also only able to eat certain foods (i.e. crackers, peanut butter, toast, cheese, soup, apple sauce) that I never really ate before because that's all I can stomach.
I would love some positive support as a first timer. I think I need to be more gentle with myself on this pregnancy journey. I just love the MYB program and want to make sure I (and my baby) get the most out of it. I'm sure once I get past the first trimester, I can get back into my usual swing of things.
