Is there a calendar workout plan, or are there just meal plans? I am in my second trimester and just looking for day by day guidance for workouts.

Hi there! You will find the workout schedule for each trimester under that trimester's introduction. So if you go to First Trimester and then click Introduction, you will see the schedule for that trimester under that section. Hope that clarifies! xo
