I'm only seeing meat-based meal plans - are there any plant-based plans available?
Hey girl! We don’t have any 100% plant based plans and for strict vegans or 100% plant based I always recommend you work with a dietitian and functional med doc (to check lab work regularly) who can make sure you are getting all the proper nutrients! You could definitely sub tofu/tempeh, etc in place of the proteins in any recipe if you wanted! Xx
