My natural tendency is to engage during an inhale (not exhale) so for instance during exercises like elevators when I engage my pelvic floor on the exhale I am just holding my breath. How do I correct this? I’m getting incredibly frustrated doing the moves because of this.

In the core troubleshooting section of the 4th trimester and in troubleshooting pregnancy core section their is a paradoxical breathing video. Please watch that and let me know if that helps. Retraining you’re breathing pattern takes time and repetition. You’ve got this mama!
