i just started this new thing i am a few weeks pregnant dont know an actual date yet and want to know what week this is considered so i can start in on the meal plan
Hey mama! Congrats on your pregnancy! If you go to the Weekly Meal Plans and click into Pregnancy Meal Plans, you can select which trimester you want from the drop down menu and then you can actually choose any of the meal plans from that section (you don't have to go in any particular order).
