New to MYB here, but very excited! Is there a place where I can find a list of all the equipment needed for these workouts? I want to be prepared and ready to go. Also I noticed that many of the workouts say they need "moderate weights..." What does this mean exactly? 5lbs? 7 lbs?

Hey Emily! Thank you for reaching out. For most of the workouts you will need the following; bench, mat, long resistance band, hip circle, and light, medium and heavy dumbbells. Your moderate range will be anywhere between 8-15 lbs generally, but everyone is different.
