Hey there, for the TTC phase, what protein powder is suggested? I want to find one that is suitable during pregnancy also and available in Canada . I was using Vega but I think it may have too much vitamin A while also taking my prenatal. Also is there an area where what vitamin & quantity is best for TTC stage/ pregnancy or would this be a question for my doctor? Any help is much appreciated thanks!
Hey girl! So we still recommend a vegan protein powder while pregnant. We really love MRM veggie at NAF. Whey protein is derived from milk and we recommend staying away form milk products/derivitives to reduce inflammation, as milk is a highly inflammatory food. We also recommend MRM Egg White is you are concerned about the VIt A in Vegan protein powders. MRM egg white is sooooo yummy.
