This is probably answered somewhere in Nancy's literature and is an intuitive question to answer, but I'd still like to ask. I've been doing the TTC program for 2 months now (we're still working on conception). When exactly do I switch to the 1st trimester program? Right after a positive test result?
I'm quite meticulous with my workouts and nutrition, so I like to be on target with these programs.
