Hello, just started the program, currently about 8 weeks. I was wondering if someone could explain the nutrition section to me. I see week 13-16 but thats it... Just the welcome video was there and didnt explain. Do we just repeat tbose 4 weeks over and over? Since it started with week 13 it threw me off. Thanks
Hey Ananda! Every month new 4 meal plans will be added to the meal plan section. Right now for the month of April we are in weeks 13-16. You can use week 14 for this week :). Next month weeks 17-20 will be loaded.
