I like the setup, but there are several things from the old platform that I miss! I miss the organization of the workouts, specifically that each workout on the calendar had its own section (rather than progressive overload and strength & conditioning sharing a space in the show and go).
I also REALLY miss the month view, where we see which workouts we are supposed to do for the month of March. I don't think you need to film new workouts every month, but I loved having a clear plan of exactly which workout to do for the month/week, etc.
I also REALLY miss the breakdown of the strength & conditioning and strength workouts. In the old platform, underneath the video was a list of the workouts/sets/reps and that is no longer there. That was super helpful.
And as a side note, the cardio PDFs are gone. :/
