This Upper Body Focus Strength Workout is 30 min and requires the following equipment:
- Medium to Heavy Dumbbells
Workout: 30 min time cap. This is a unilateral circuits you will need to complete both sides to keep it even. Repeat from the top on the left side. Complete both sides = 1 round. Try for 3+ rounds total.
10 Push Press (right
10 Overhead Back Lunges (right leg goes back)
10 Squat to Standing Crunch (DB in right hand)
10 DB Snatch to Standing Crunch (DB in right hand)
10 DB Snatch (right)
10 Runner Row (right)
10 Plank Row (right)
10 Climbers (r/l = 1 rep)
