"AMRAP" means as many reps and you can do unbroken while keeping good form and engagement. Let's sweat!
You will need the following equipment:
- Medium to Heavy Dumbbells
- Hip Circle
- Exercise Band ( optional for chirrups)
1. Hip Thrusts 4 sets x AMRAP
2. Bench Press 3 sets x 10 reps
3. Elevated RDL 4 sets x 10 reps (on each leg)
4. Chin Up 3 sets x AMRAP
5. Dumbbell Squat w/ Pulse 3 sets x 30 reps
6. Elevated Glute Bridge w/Hip Abduction (3 reps of each) 3 minutes
